Easter is a busy weekend here at All Nations Community Centre!
Friday 29 March (Good Friday) is set to be a full day of fun for everyone. We open at 12pm for family activities in the hall, including an Easter egg hunt, bouncy castle, crafts and games. Then from 6pm the action moves outside with our fabulous Bright Nights event, Good Friday Fish Fry and Lights. Come along to toast a marshmallow or two on the beautiful fire pits, watch the fire eater, drink hot chocolate and play a game of dominoes, all accompanied by Ya Freshness and the Big Boss Band giving us some ska and reggae beats. Free entry and Jamaican food on sale all day.
On Sunday 31st March (Easter Sunday) we are delighted to be the venue for a very special event celebrating International Women's History Month. From 5pm to 9.30pm you're invited to take a seat around the table and enjoy panel speakers, discussions and special guests Sista Shirley Goodness and Instruments of Praise. The event is free and refreshments are available.
Monday 1st April (Easter Monday) is children's day, with an Easter Funday organised by Friends of the ANCC. Kids aged 4-10 are invited to come along for live music, storytelling and drumming with Kulchalee, an Easter hunt, arts and crafts and much more. It's just £2 per child and booking is required - click here to book.
Finally, the social club will be open and it's HAPPY HOUR between 7pm and 10pm on Fridays and Sundays.
Happy Easter from all at ANCC - have a wonderful time!
