Volunteers are often the unsung heroes of our local community - those people who dedicate their time to helping the world around them, whether that is through mentoring, litter picking, organising community events or simply looking in on a neighbour. In fact, there are around 140,000 people volunteering in one way or another around Gloucestershire.
And now we all have the opportunity to appreciate those unsung heroes by nominating them for an award!
Nominations for the 2024 Gloucestershire's Volunteer Awards are now open. There are eight categories and nominations can be done online or by phone.
