All Nations Community Centre (ANCC) are looking for an administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and experience in customer service or other customer-or client-facing role. The post holder will work closely with Trustees/volunteers to ensure the centre is a well-used resource.
This part-time post plays a vital role in providing administrative assistance regarding bookings, record keeping and lettings. It is an exciting opportunity to support us to deliver our strategy by maintaining strong positive relationships with the community we support and wider stakeholders.
The post holder will act as point of contact for queries as well as coordinate the out-of-hours, cleaning and key holding. The successful candidate will have experience in administration and record-keeping. If you are organised, personable and able to multi-task, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. The role is part time, 10 hours per week @ £15 per hour, with flexibility to work from home and undertake occasional weekend working, i.e. providing support at Members meetings.
